Do not use this guide as instructions for switching the cell phone associated with your mobile number. To do so, you need to call virgin mobile or go to the virgin mobile usa website and follow the instructions.
If you do call, do not call from the phone you are trying to program or associate with your account. You will need to call from a landline. You will also be asked to give your ESN which is an 11 digit number off the back of your phone that starts with 0 and is located most often under the first barcode.
