Unlock your Virgin Mobile Phone
Tips/TricksFirst of all, this is for people who have locked their phone and can not remember the unlock code. You can not "unlock" a virgin mobile phone to use with another provider, and a virgin mobile phone cannot become "unlocked".
To unlock your phone, you need to enter ##5477 and your phone will display your unlock code. It will not unlock your phone, so be sure to write down the code. You can now unlock the phone and change the unlock code.

I beg to differ mobile virgin, I have unlocked several virgin mobile phones, it is as easy as using a free program off the web and a low cost data cable to find the spc code and the msl code change them to zeros and whammo, you can do whatever you want with the phone. Next time, try a little research before you go off boastin you know what you are talking about.

You can always call and talk to a customer service rep by dialing *611 on your new phone, I cannot personally do this for you because i do not work for virgin mobile

I bought a Virgin Mobile KX5 Slider off of ebay, and I called VM to activate it, but they said they couldn't find the ESN # in their records, and there was nothing they could do. Does that mean the phone was unlocked...if it was how do I get it back to Virgin Mobile's service.
